 Rafiki Prayer Group (RPG)

The Rafiki Prayer Group meets the second Wednesday of each month at 11:00 am in Room C28. We pray for the orphans, students, widows & missionaries in the Rafiki Villages in Rwanda & Zambia. Africa.  Here are the 2012 dates:
     January - no meeting
     February 8
     March 28 - RPG & a lunch for the Koch's
     April 11
     May 9
     June 13, July 11, August 8: We will meet at Nancy Craig's home
     September 12
     October 10
     November 14
     December 12

What does the Rafiki Foundation do?

The Foundation helps Africans know God by caring for and educating orphans. We provide materials and training in education and Bible study. We also give widows and impoverished women of the church a means of employment and artistic expression through the making and marketing of their handcrafts such as baskets, jewelry, handbags, and wall hangings.

Rafiki Short-Term Missions (MiniMissions)

If you are an encourager and like to server, consider going on a MiniMission for two to four weeks and see firsthand God's Word at Work in a Rafiki Training Village.  Read more about Rafiki short term missions here.
